Julian Restaurant is the signature restaurant at The CURRENT Hotel, Autograph Collection, on North Rocky Point Drive in Tampa. The Kitchen

Executive Chef Alex Hoaks leads a menu that leans into seafood and shareable plates — think miso sake glazed Chilean sea bass, scallops and filet at dinner, and a Rocky Point pizza with spicy salami. Breakfast runs from classic plates and buttermilk pancakes to chilaquiles and the chorizo-and-manchego Ybor Bowl.
