1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Voyuno, including the Voyuno website, business directory, accounts, listings, reviews, messages, offers, events, articles, badges, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

In these Terms, “Voyuno,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Voyuno and the company operating the Service. “You” refers to any visitor, account holder, business owner, listing manager, reviewer, or other user of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, claim a listing, or purchase a paid plan.

2. Purpose of Voyuno

Voyuno is a local business and community directory designed to help people discover businesses, services, events, offers, and other local information.

Voyuno is an information and discovery platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voyuno does not own, operate, manage, employ, license, certify, or control the businesses listed in the directory.

A listing, ranking, badge, verification status, review, featured placement, or other appearance on Voyuno does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a business, its owners, its employees, its products, or its services.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to:

• Browse and search the directory.

• View business information, reviews, events, and offers.

• Contact listed businesses.

• Submit reviews or other permitted content.

• Suggest or submit a business.

• Claim or manage an eligible business listing.

• Purchase or manage a listing plan when available.

• Use other features provided through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, deceptive, outdated, or misleading information.

• Impersonate another person or falsely claim authority over a business.

• Submit content you do not have permission to use.

• Post fake reviews or reviews that do not reflect a genuine experience.

• Manipulate ratings, rankings, enquiries, clicks, or other platform activity.

• Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or invade the privacy of another person.

• Upload malicious software, harmful code, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user’s account.

• Scrape, copy, harvest, index, or extract data through automated means without our written permission.

• Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Service.

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

4. Business Listings

Business listings may be:

• Submitted or managed by business owners or authorized representatives.

• Suggested by members of the community.

• Created or supplemented using publicly available information.

• Imported or synchronized through third-party data providers, including Google Places and similar services.

• Edited, categorized, combined, or corrected by Voyuno.

We aim to present useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.

Business hours, addresses, services, prices, images, availability, licensing information, and other details can change. Users should confirm important information directly with the business before visiting, purchasing, scheduling, or relying on it.

Voyuno may correct listing information, adjust categories, remove duplicate listings, combine listings for the same business, or unpublish information that appears inaccurate, misleading, obsolete, or inappropriate.

5. Claiming and Managing a Listing

Claiming a listing means that Voyuno has accepted a user as an authorized manager of that listing based on the information available to us. Claiming a listing does not necessarily mean that Voyuno has independently verified every fact about the business.

By claiming or managing a listing, you represent that:

• You own the business or have authority to act on its behalf.

• The information you provide is accurate and current.

• You have permission to use all logos, photographs, videos, trademarks, and other content you submit.

• You will update information when material details change.

• You will not use the listing to mislead visitors or impersonate another business.

We may request additional information to confirm your authority. We may deny, transfer, restrict, or revoke listing access when ownership or authorization is disputed or cannot be reasonably confirmed.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must describe a genuine experience with the business being reviewed.

Reviewers may not:

• Submit reviews for businesses they have not genuinely interacted with.

• Submit reviews containing knowingly false statements.

• Accept payment or another benefit in exchange for a review without making any legally required disclosure.

• Post reviews on behalf of another person.

• Coordinate reviews to manipulate a business’s rating.

• Threaten a business with a negative review to obtain money, free services, refunds, or another benefit.

• Include private information, harassment, threats, hate speech, or unlawful content.

• Submit reviews created primarily by a business owner, employee, competitor, marketing provider, or other interested party without clearly disclosing that relationship.

Businesses may not suppress, discourage, or retaliate against honest negative reviews. Businesses may respond to reviews, report suspected violations, and provide relevant information for our consideration.

Voyuno may use automated and human processes to evaluate reviews. We may reject, label, limit, or remove reviews that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, applicable law, or our review standards.

We do not guarantee that every review is accurate or that every reviewer is who they claim to be. Reviews express the opinions of their authors and not necessarily the views of Voyuno.

Some ratings or reviews may be imported or displayed from third-party sources. When practical, Voyuno will identify the source. Third-party reviews remain subject to the source platform’s rules and availability.

7. Rankings, Featured Listings, Badges, and Verification

Voyuno may display rankings, category placement, popularity indicators, featured listings, premium placement, badges, or verification labels.

These may be influenced by factors such as:

• Relevance to a visitor’s search.

• Listing completeness and accuracy.

• Location and category.

• Reviews and ratings.

• Engagement or popularity.

• Editorial selection.

• Verification or claim status.

• Participation in a paid plan or promotion.

Paid or featured placement does not guarantee enquiries, traffic, revenue, ranking position, or other results.

A Voyuno badge indicates that a business has a listing or designated status on Voyuno. It is not a certification of quality, licensing, safety, financial condition, or professional competence.

Voyuno may modify ranking methods, badge designs, eligibility standards, or placement criteria at any time.

8. Enquiries and Communications

The Service may allow visitors to contact businesses or submit enquiries.

When you submit an enquiry, you authorize Voyuno to store and transmit the information you provide to the applicable business or listing manager. For an unclaimed listing, Voyuno may notify the business that an enquiry is available while masking certain visitor details until the listing is claimed.

Voyuno does not guarantee that a business will receive, read, answer, or act upon an enquiry. You are responsible for confirming important communications directly with the business.

Businesses agree to use enquiry information only for responding to the applicable request and for other purposes permitted by law and our Privacy Policy. Businesses may not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated spam.

Your consent to receive promotional email or text messages, where applicable, will be requested separately as required by law.

9. User Content

“User Content” includes information, descriptions, reviews, responses, photographs, videos, logos, events, offers, articles, messages, and other materials submitted to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Voyuno a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and improve the Service.

• Display and promote listings.

• Create previews and social-media posts.

• Present the content on different devices and formats.

• Market Voyuno and its directory.

• Protect users and enforce these Terms.

This license continues while the content remains on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward in backups, archives, search results, and materials already distributed.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and grant this license.

10. Intellectual Property

The Voyuno name, logo, design, software, page layouts, original content, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Voyuno and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted through the Service, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from Voyuno materials without written permission.

Business names, logos, photographs, and trademarks appearing in listings may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Voyuno does not transfer ownership to Voyuno or to any user.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Voyuno infringes your copyright, contact us using the public contact information displayed on the Voyuno website and provide:

• Your name and contact information.

• Identification of the copyrighted work.

• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a complaint. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.

12. Events, Offers, Prices, and Promotions

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their events, offers, prices, discount codes, availability, restrictions, and expiration dates.

Voyuno does not guarantee that an event will occur, an offer will be honored, an item will remain available, or a displayed price will be current.

Users should confirm all material terms directly with the business before traveling, purchasing, booking, or relying on an offer.

Voyuno may remove expired, misleading, unlawful, or unverifiable events and offers.

13. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Maintaining the security of your account.

• All activity occurring through your account.

• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share an account in a manner that defeats plan limitations or security controls.

We may require password resets, additional verification, or other reasonable security measures.

14. Paid Plans, Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

Voyuno may offer free and paid listing plans. The price, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms, and any promotional period will be displayed before purchase.

If a plan automatically renews, that fact and the applicable renewal terms will be disclosed during checkout. By purchasing an automatically renewing plan, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until the plan is canceled.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

• Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period.

• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

• Paid features may remain available until the end of the current paid period.

• Failure to pay may result in the restriction or removal of paid features.

• Listing information may remain publicly available under a free or unclaimed status after a paid plan ends.

Any refund policy, trial terms, minimum commitment, or special cancellation terms presented during checkout form part of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Voyuno may use or link to third-party services, including mapping providers, review platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, websites, social networks, and business-management tools.

Voyuno does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or actions.

A link to another website does not constitute an endorsement. You access third-party services at your own risk and subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Third-party data may be changed, delayed, restricted, or removed by its provider without notice to Voyuno.

16. No Professional Advice or Verification

Content on Voyuno is provided for general informational and directory purposes.

Voyuno does not provide medical, legal, financial, real-estate, construction, safety, or other professional advice. We do not independently guarantee that a listed business or individual is properly licensed, insured, certified, qualified, safe, or suitable for your needs.

You are responsible for evaluating businesses, checking credentials when appropriate, asking questions, obtaining written estimates, and making your own decisions.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on Voyuno or a listed business page.

17. Moderation and Enforcement

Voyuno may, but is not obligated to, monitor content or user activity.

We may edit, reject, restrict, label, remove, merge, or unpublish content or listings when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

• Correct inaccurate or duplicate information.

• Protect users, businesses, or the Service.

• Enforce these Terms.

• Respond to a complaint or legal request.

• Prevent fraud, manipulation, infringement, or abuse.

• Maintain the quality and usefulness of the directory.

We may suspend or terminate accounts or listing-management privileges for violations of these Terms.

When practical, users may contact us to request review of a moderation decision. We are not obligated to restore removed content.

18. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, search-engine visibility, review synchronization, data imports, enquiries, rankings, or specific business results.

We may perform maintenance or make changes without advance notice when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of content and business information that you do not want to lose.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Voyuno disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and results.

We do not warrant that:

• Listings or reviews are complete or accurate.

• Businesses will meet your expectations.

• Enquiries will produce responses or sales.

• The Service will always be available or secure.

• Defects or errors will always be corrected.

• Third-party information will remain available or synchronized.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyuno and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service.

Voyuno is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Your dealings with a listed business or user.

• Products or services purchased from a listed business.

• Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete listing information.

• Reviews, responses, messages, or other User Content.

• Unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

• Third-party services, links, integrations, or data.

• Events, offers, appointments, transactions, injuries, disputes, or cancellations involving a listed business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyuno’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid directly to Voyuno during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or

2. One hundred U.S. dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voyuno and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• User Content you submit or manage.

• Your infringement of another person’s rights.

• Your business, products, services, offers, events, or customer interactions.

• Your violation of applicable law.

Voyuno may assume control of the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to reasonably cooperate.

22. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account and paid-plan cancellation options may be provided through your account or the contact methods shown on the website.

Voyuno may suspend or terminate access, account privileges, or listing-management rights when we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.

• Fraud, abuse, infringement, or security risks are present.

• Required payment has not been received.

• Continued access may harm Voyuno, its users, or another party.

• Suspension or termination is required by law.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

Sections concerning intellectual property, licenses, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that should reasonably survive will remain effective after termination.

23. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Voyuno Privacy Policy.

By using forms, accounts, reviews, enquiries, or listing-management features, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described in that policy.

Businesses receiving personal information through Voyuno are independently responsible for using it lawfully and protecting it appropriately.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, you and Voyuno agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and allowing 30 days for a response.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the Service must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief for intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized system access, fraud, or another urgent legal matter.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our business practices, or applicable law.

The updated version will be posted on the Service with a revised “Last updated” date. When legally required or when changes are material, we may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

26. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any checkout disclosures, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular feature constitute the agreement between you and Voyuno concerning the Service.

If specific terms presented for a paid plan or feature conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms control for that plan or feature.

Questions, complaints, listing corrections, copyright notices, and other requests may be submitted using the contact information or contact form displayed on the Voyuno website.
