I came down here on a business trip and went out to lunch with one of my colleagues. We looked online and found this place and was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up and went inside. This was on the bottom floor of an office building area hidden out of the way from normal traffic. We were greeted with a very friendly hostess, and she took us to her table. We had appetizers of chicken wings, and then we moved on to tacos and a hamburger. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place for anybody in the area looking for a frequent lunch place to visit. Kudos to the staff at the break room bar and grill.

What a hidden gem! The huge windows and back patio on the water provide a beautiful backdrop for a meal that tastes as good as it looks (and that's really saying something). The friendly attentive staff (and the very fair prices) top it off for a great experience. One downside is that some customers smoke outside right in the center of the deck beside tables where people are eating. So I recommend you choose a table away from the center if you want to eat outside (or, hopefully, the owners will designate one end of the long deck for smoking). I went for happy hour appetizers my first time, but I look forward to many more visits.

I highly recommend Angie, the owner of The Breakroom, for any special event! She recently organized a surprise bridal shower luncheon for my future daughter-in-law, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The Mexican-themed setup was beautifully done, with festive props, vibrant green tablecloths, and gorgeous lighting that created such a warm and fun atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The food was a sensational hit—everyone loved the taco-themed menu—and the drinks were just as fantastic. On top of that, Angie and her team were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you again, Angie, for such a successful and memorable surprise luncheon. You truly made the day special!

My grandkids loved the chicken bites and wings. Husband saidthe Cuban was excellent and bread was authentic. My chicken pesto was ok, chicken was dry. The Waterview was great grandkids got to see otters, fish and duckd.
