Stonewater Grill hosts a five-course wine dinner on Thursday, November 5, at 7:00 PM, featuring the Terlato California Collection. Each chef-crafted course is paired with a wine from the collection.
The Menu
- Course 1: Radicchio and endive, blood orange, gorgonzola dolce, candied walnut, aged saba. Paired with Hanna Chardonnay 2023.
- Course 2: Maine lobster ravioli, mascarpone, calabaza purée, lobster beurre blanc, crispy sage. Paired with Rutherford Hill Angel Peak White Blend.
- Course 3: Miso-glazed sea bass, pepita crust, forbidden rice, toasted pumpkin seed oil. Paired with Rutherford Hill Merlot.
- Course 4: Seared duck breast, dandelion, fall fondant potato, blackberry demi-glace. Paired with Rutherford Hill Napa Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Course 5: Crisp kataifi, vanilla custard, pistachio crème anglaise. Paired with Rutherford Hill Cabernet Sauvignon AJT.
